Baltimore’s Harborplace was a bold idea 44 years ago. Now MCB Real Estate is proposing a new, bold idea to revitalize downtown. The plan requires ending the height, mass and use restrictions placed on the area in order to allow for four, tall, mixed-use buildings including a conjoined tower with 900 apartments, one smaller structure in a large new park, a two-tier promenade and realigned roadways. Adam Genn, vice president of MCB Harborplace, explains the plan and its benefits to the City.
