Ashley Valis, Catholic Charities of Baltimore

Recently named as one of Maryland’s 2025 Top 100 Women by The Daily Record, Ashley Valis is the chief operating officer of Catholic Charities of Baltimore, the state’s leading private provider of human services. Ashley is making an impact and improving lives through her leadership, community service and mentoring. She currently oversees 80 programs with a budget exceeding $140 million, serving Marylanders in need through initiatives such as the Esperanza Center, Our Daily Bread and Safe Streets.
