Chesapeake Symposium

The Chesapeake Bay Symposium is a full-day event focused on the world’s third-largest estuary, which was declared a national treasure in 2009. From fun facts to education on the watershed and ongoing efforts to improve its waters, we will explore the Chesapeake Bay with some of the leading advocates and thought leaders in the region. During our lunch break, you will be able to sit with some of our speakers and honorary guests, people doing fascinating work in the areas of restoration and protection, our local food economy,  environmental science and community engagement.
