Class: Chocolate-Making, Rifining Your Chocolate Palate

January 25: 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Taste chocolates from dark to white to unique flavors including blond, strawberry, and others. In this 2-hour class, you will explore which chocolates you prefer and then what you like to pair it with, from nuts to salts to ganaches and caramel. This fun class gives you an opportunity to create your own chocolate creation. The skill level is set for all to participate. Each participant will be given a small chocolate bar and one participant’s chocolate will be selected and created. Instructor Allison Parker is a new member of the Club and owner/chocolatier of Moxie Confections. Her company focuses on small batch bon bons, bar, barks, brittles and other confections crafted from organic ingredients locally sourced when possible, using only the finest chocolates available.
