The Friends of Jerusalem Mill

Hear about Harford County’s charming village of Jerusalem Mills,
which was founded as a grist mill and Quaker settlement in 1772. Beautifully restored in the 1970’s and now part of Gunpowder State Park, this living history museum offers interesting artifacts, demonstrations of traditional iron-working techniques, and ten restored structures that provide a glimpse into 18th century village life.
