The Chesapeake Bay Symposium is a full-day event focused on the world’s third-largest estuary, which was declared a national treasure in 2009. From fun facts to education on the watershed and ongoing efforts to improve its waters, we will explore the Chesapeake Bay with some of the leading advocates and thought leaders in the region. During our lunch

We hope the symposium will give you a fuller appreciation of this unique geographic area in which we live, and we also hope you will learn ways in which you can preserve it through your purchasing choices, adopting conservation practices, volunteering, donating and educating others to preserve our national treasure.
